JenniferScott published Nottingham pubs given community protection from planners
Two Nottingham pubs are being given extra protections to help them stay as much valued locals.Nottingham City Council has bestowed the title of 'assets of community value' onto The Hemlock Stone in Wollaton and The Grovesnor in Carrington, which adds extra caveats to stop planners changing their use.The watering holes join 27 others that have already gained the status after being nominated by the Campaign for Real Ale.Read more: Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival tickets about to go on...
