An investigation has been launched after a brick was thrown at a tram travelling towards the city centre. The incident happened on Tuesday night at around 8.30pm, between the Basford and Wilkinson Street stops. The brick shattered the window of the tram, which was named after Sat Bains, and passengers were asked to get off and rejoin their route on the next service.
