A derelict site in Stapleford has taken a step towards a revamp after a council put its foot down about its future. Moult's Yard, in Nottingham Road, used to be a site for builders up until the 1980s. But despite getting planning permission in 2005 to build 19 homes, and again in 2015 to redevelop the site, no work has taken place.
