Traffic congestion has hit a motorway thanks to a broken down ice cream van. It is the second breakdown on the same stretch of the M1 in less than two hours. The first incident happened around 9am and closed one lane on the northbound carriageway of the M1, between junction 28, for Alfreton and Mansfield, and junction 29, for Mansfield and Chesterfield.
