JemmaPage published UK's credit outlook downgraded to negative after Brexit

A ratings agency has downgraded the UK's credit outlook to negative after the country voted to leave the EU. Moody's said Britain would face substantial challenges in order to successfully negotiate its exit from the European Union and the result would herald a "prolonged period of uncertainty". In turn, it lowered the UK's long-term issuer and debt ratings to negative from stable.
