A toddler who is unable to talk, sit, crawl or walk has been recognised for being an outstanding swimmer. Evalyn Carr was born with the rare brain migration disorder called pachygyria. The disorder, which has no cure, is best treated with hydrotherapy and the two-year-old has been swimming with the baby and toddler swim school Water Babies, in Mansfield, since she turned six months old.
