Three people have expressed interest in re-homing an "unlucky" black cat who has spent two and a half years in a rescue centre.Sophie the cat inspired Laura Dickinson to set up her refuge centre in Bulwell in 2012.But the feline, who is between six and seven years old, has not been adopted.After the Post published an article on Wednesday, three people have got in touch with the centre in the hope of adopting Sophie.Laura said: "I'm very happy and ecstatic that people want to give.
