A prisoner who absconded from jail has handed himself in.Shane Stroughton, 27, who has links to Kirkby-in-Ashfield escaped from HMP Sudbury, in Derbyshire, on Tuesday. He had been jailed at Nottingham Crown Court on July 22, 2008 and was serving an indeterminate sentence, with a minimum tariff of 30 months, for grievous bodily harm.A spokesman for Derbyshire Police said: "Mr Strougton attended Ashbourne police station and is now in police custody."
