Poet Clive Brookes will be sharing never-before-seen photos of the construction of the hostile North Sea oil rigs with Hucknall residents.
The 73-year-old, who spent over a decade working as a crane operator drilling rigs and diving barges, will spend one hour showcasing 40 photographs of engineers building the oil rig's platforms in the mining town's library.
