JemmaPage published Passengers warned of fraudulent Uber text message

People in Nottingham have been warned of a fake text message being sent to Uber passengers. National fraud and cyber reporting centre Action Fraud said people are receiving a "spoofed" message claiming an Uber taxi ride has been booked for £217. The text goes on to say: "If you did not book this trip, please click below [link]." Action Fraud said: "Don't click on the link. Uber have confirmed it is a fake."
