Nottingham chef Pip Lacey will show off her culinary skills for a chance to cook at London's historic Draper's Hall as part of Great British Menu's banquet.The BBC programme, which is now in its 10th season, has challenged 24 of the nation's finest chefs to plate up perfection to mark the centenary of the Women's Institute.Starting on Monday, newcomer Pip Lacey – the head chef at Angela Hartnett's Michelin-starred restaurant Murano in London – will battle it out against Norfolk chef.
