Two people and their dog have been rescued from a house fire in Canning Circus.Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service were called to the blaze at 12.55pm on Bank Holiday Monday. Alfreton Road inbound to Nottingham was closed for an hour while officers dealt with the fire. A police and fire cordon remains in place on one lane.
