An inquest has been opened after a 21-year-old was killed in a head-on lorry crash. Daniel Haggett, of Farnsfield, died after the car he was travelling in collided with a lorry before hitting another car shortly after 11.15am on November 24. The crash happened on the A617/Sherwood Way East, part of the Mansfield and Ashfield regeneration route, close to the Adamsway roundabout.
