A business which missed out on the chance to pick up a gong at last year's Recognising Rushcliffe Awards is hoping to be nominated once again this year.Pat Gamble, who runs local news website West Bridgford Wire, almost got his hands on the prestigious Supporting the Local Economy accolade 12 months ago, but was pipped to the post by the West Bridgford Farmer's Market.Mr Gamble launched the website as a hobby five years ago but his site has become so popular that it now gains 400,000 page views.
