JemmaPage published Beeston Air Cadets celebrate 75th anniversary

Thousands of young people have passed through the doors of the Beeston Air Cadets – which celebrates its 75th anniversary this year. The 1359 squadron formed on April 6, 1941 and is based at the Territorial Army Centre in Broadgate, Beeston. The organisation, which currently has 40 enrolled cadets, is dedicated to promoting good citizenship skills and installing a healthy sense of adventure in young people.
