A torch-lit protest is currently taking place in Nottingham – but only seven people had turned up to the event when it was due to start.The protest, organised by Nottingham People's Assembly, started at 5.30pm near the Brian Clough Statue. It is being held after Chancellor of the Exchequer, Philip Hammond, delivered the Budget in the House of Commons.
