Britt Assombalonga held his nerve to put Nottingham Forest on course for Championship survival. The Reds star striker scored from the penalty spot to put Mark Warburton's side 1-0 ahead on 43 minutes against Ipswich Town. And the one-goal lead was enough to keep them outside the relegation zone with 45 minutes left to play on the final day of the season. But it was still tight because Birmingham City and Blackburn Rovers were both winning at the end of the first half.
