isaacashe published Hundreds hit by Nottingham power cut

A late-night power cut left more than 650 homes and businesses without power yesterday. Just after 10pm on Monday, June 19, a cable fault saw 667 premises lose power across the north of the city centre and the Arboretum. Western Power Distribution says some 624 properties were restored within an hour.
