A multi-million pound development which could create up to 4,000 new jobs and deliver 1,700 new homes has taken a major step forward after being awarded an £8.5m loan.Leisure and retail units will also be built on the site at Berry Hill, along with a new primary school, children's nursery, health centre and care facilities.Offices and industrial units will also be built on the site.The development - which has a total value of £500m - first received planning permission from Mansfield.
