Nottingham and Derby should team up with Leicester to form a regional powerhouse that makes the Government stand up and take notice.That's the message from David Ralph, chief executive of D2N2, the local enterprise partnership for Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, as he supports the two counties at the international property event in MIPIM.This week a public and private partnership has traveled to Cannes in an attempt to make deals that will bring investment to Nottingham.
