A Nottingham man caught with illicit cigarettes and hand-rolling tobacco in his home and car has been sentenced after an investigation by HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).Anthony Gilman, 59, was arrested at his home in Eastham Close, St Ann's, in November 2015 after HMRC officers found 13,800 non-UK Duty paid cigarettes in his car boot, along with 6.2kgs of hand-rolling tobacco.
