Television presenter Mike Brewer was slapped with a parking ticket on a recent visit to Nottingham - for apparently overstaying by three minutes. Mr Brewer, a car trader turned presenter who currently hosts Wheeler Dealers on the Discovery Channel, had parked on Derby Road in the city at just after 2.30pm on Friday.
