With its colour-changing lights, interactive floor and educational games hub, a new £10,000 sensory room at Central College Nottingham is set to empower young people with learning disabilities.The room has been installed at the college's Arthur Mee Centre in Stapleford and aims to help the youngsters learn to communicate – while also creating an oasis of calm for studying.The money for the room came partly through staff fundraising, with the college donating the rest.Mark Johnson,...
