A lorry has shed a large load of paper on the M1, causing congestion on the southbound carriageway.The debris on the road is causing delays of 10 minutes between junctions 23 and 22.One lane of the carriageway is currently closed.Normal traffic conditions are expected from 3.45pm, once all the debris has been removed.
