Shoppers had to be evacuated from Tesco Extra in Long Eaton after a fire broke out in a hot chicken oven.The store had to be closed for 30 minutes while the small blaze was extinguished.Staff were able to put out the fire almost immediately, but shoppers were asked to leave as a precaution.A spokesman for Tesco said: "Our Long Eaton Extra store was closed for a brief period this morning as a precautionary measure due to a small fire.
