The police helicopter was scrambled following reports of a group of youths on the roof of Nottingham's Arkwright Building.Officers were called to Shakespeare Street in the city centre at about 8pm on Wednesday and discovered the group on top of the Nottingham Trent University building.The helicopter could be heard circling overhead.A spokesman for Nottinghamshire Police said: "We had a third-party report of some youths on the roof of the Arkwright Building on Shakespeare Street."They...
