Debris on the road is causing congestion on the M1 southbound between junctions 23 and 22.Drivers are being warned of delays of 10 minutes in the area, as one lane of the carriageway is currently closed.Normal traffic conditions are expected from 3.45pm, once all the debris has been removed.
