More than 3,000 homes in Nottingham were affected by a power cut on Saturday morning.Faulty power lines left 3,352 homes in the Sneinton area without electricity just after 9.10am.Western Power had restored power for 1,837 homes within four minutes, a further 323 within six minutes and 908 after 20 minutes.As of 10am, 284 houses were still without power, mainly in the Cardale Road and Lenton Rise area.A spokesman for Western Power said: "Customers might experience a short interruption as we
