Smoker Sagr Ahmed was left with a hefty bill for dropping a cigarette butt – as he must now fork out more than £450.The 45-year-old, who failed to appear at Nottingham Magistrates' Court yesterday, was spotted dropping the cigarette end on Broad Street in the city centre at 10.03pm on August 26.Richard Bines, for Nottingham City Council, told the court: "The nearest bin was ten metres away.
