More than 10 homes have been evacuated on a residential street as a dramatic rooftop stand-off continues.Two youths have been on the roofs of houses in Cloister Street, Dunkirk, for more than eight hours and are refusing to come down.Police were called to the road at 8am today (Wednesday) and cordoned off a large stretch from the junction of Abbey Street.Roof tiles and other masonry items have have been seen falling from the homes throughout the day.Read more: Photos reveal extent of damage...
