Homes and businesses in a town centre have been hit by a power cut which is not expected to be fixed until the middle of Wednesday afternoon.More than 200 properties in Netherfield have been affectedby the cuts this morning.On Victoria Road - a main shopping area - a total of 178 properties are without power.
