DanRussell published World War Two medals stolen in raid

Burglars stole medals from the Second World War after forcing their way into a house in Ilkeston.The offenders kicked open a door at the back of a house in Flamstead Road between the morning of Friday, April 8 and Wednesday, April 13. Among the items stolen were medals with ribbons and certificates of authenticity. The medals were inscribed with the surname 'Gittings', which was also on the certificates.
