DanRussell published Power cut knocks out city centre traffic lights

A power failure turned off traffic lights on a city centre road.The outage occurred at 3.30am on Monday in Upper Parliament Street, Nottingham.Engineers worked on the fault for most of the day.By 2pm the system was being tested before being fully restored.
