Police officers closed off a Nottingham road following reports of two people on the roof of a house. The incident in Cloister Street, near to Queen's Medical Centre, started on Wednesday morning. Fire and ambulance crews were also called to the scene. Eyewitnesses have described the situation as "mayhem".
