A disabled man claims he was stopped from bringing his wheelchair on board a bus and shouted at by the driver. Mark Forde, of Penn Avenue, Lenton, was told he could not board Trentbarton's Red Arrow service because wheelchair ramps on the new fleet of vehicles did not work with the Victoria Bus Station bays.
