Two people have been arrested in connection with a series of thefts in Nottinghamshire totalling thousands of pounds from elderly victims – some as old as 92.A 37-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman remain in police custody after they were arrested on suspicion of theft on Friday.Officers are investigating thefts on elderly and vulnerable people after they used cash machines, building societies, banks and post offices to withdraw cash over the last three months.
