Staff in a Nottingham shopping arcade had to evacuate the building – in what turned out to be a false alarm.The Exchange, under the Council House, was evacuated on Monday at about 1.15pm.Fire engines attended the scene but left within 15 minutes after realising there was no safety issue.A woman who works in Austin Reed said: "The alarm went off so we all went outside. It's just a fire precaution but it turned out to be nothing."
