Children and teachers are hoping to create the "best garden in Nottingham" by planting fruit and vegetables in a new polytunnel at their primary school.The 20ft by 14ft tent was officially opened at Whitemoor Academy yesterday after it was built by a team of volunteers over a 10-week period.It sits alongside seven garden patches, where more than 20 pupils have already grown produce, including carrots, strawberries, potatoes, tomatoes, onions and pumpkins.Head gardener and art teacher..
