DanRobinson published Police officer charged with possessing shotgun

A serving police officer has been charged with possessing a shotgun without a certificate.PC Richard Pocock, based at Newark, has been suspended from duty.He was arrested on February 3 after the weapon, which police believe he had kept since January last year, was discovered at his home.Pocock has been bailed to appear at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on May 14.
