DanRobinson published Nottingham quality control firm taken over by German-owned group

A BioCity-based firm in Nottingham has been bought by a German-owned company. Food and Drug Analytical Services (FDAS) is now part of laboratories firm Tentamus Group GmbH following the acquisition. The company, which has been backed by Catapult Ventures capital fund manager for the past 12 years, provides pharmaceutical quality control testing services.
