DanRobinson published Nottingham coffee company expands into new territory
A coffee company based in Nottingham will expand its reach by opening a new shop in Birmingham. 200 Degrees Coffee, based in Meadow Lane, has agreed a 10-year lease on a unit at The Grand, in Colmore Row. It will pay landlord Hortons' Estate Ltd annual rent of £90,000 for the 1,500sq ft premises. The company was set up by friends Tom Vincent and Rob Darby in 2012.
