Nottingham City Council is being monitored following concerns over the timeliness of its responses to freedom of information (FOI) requests.The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) will review the council's performance in relation to FOI requests received between February 1 and April 30 this year.It said there were delays in at least four cases where the council took "considerably longer" than the time limit of 20 working days to respond.Other public authorities being monitored...
