A muffin shop is investigating a video apparently showing a member of staff blowing her nose and then preparing food in Nottingham's Broadmarsh Centre.

Muffin Break, which has a five-star hygiene rating, admitted the woman did not wash her hands and called it "unacceptable behaviour".
