DanRobinson published Lorry fire closes M1 northbound

A lorry travelling on the M1 in Nottinghamshire caught fire. Thick smoke could be seen billowing from the vehicle on Wednesday afternoon. The incident, between junctions 26 and 27, closed the northbound route while Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service fought the blaze.
