DanRobinson published Key development land up for sale

Derelict land in a key area of Nottingham's "southern gateway" regeneration has been put up for sale. Stoney Street Properties is marketing the 1.5-acre plot, between Crocus Street and Meadows Way, near Nottingham railway station. The area, covered in overgrown grass, is currently surrounded by metal fencing and is being promoted as "development land".
