DanRobinson published House 'severely damaged' by blaze in Bestwood

Firefighters put out a house fire in the Bestwood Estate on Wednesday.Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service was called to the blaze at a two-storey home in Eardley Road at 2.37pm.Crews from Arnold and Stockhill fire stations attended the scene and spent an hour fighting the inferno using two hose reels and four breathing apparatus.A fire service spokeswoman said the ground floor was severely damaged by the fire.
