Textile manufacturer Guilford Europe has moved into a refurbished warehouse in Alfreton. The company, which forms part of the Lear Corporation and supplies leading international brands with high-tech performance fabrics, has let the building in Clover Nook Industrial Estate after a deal with Commercial Property Partners (CPP) on behalf of PMW Property Developments.
