The first tenants have moved into a new business centre housed in a landmark Ilkeston town centre building. Lee Tabreham, trading as Essential Money Matters, now occupies one of the 16 offices in Erewash Business Centre. The centre, which opened last September after a refurbishment, is based at the Old Police Station, in Wharncliffe Road.
