DanRobinson published Firefighters called to derelict house blaze in Toton

A derelict house was "well alight" on Sunday afternoon as firefighters battled to bring flames under control.

Four crews were called to the two-storey property in Stapleford Road, Toton, and used hose reels and jets to deal with the blaze.

Fre engines from Highfields, West Bridgford, Stapleford and Long Eaton attended after Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service was called at 3.40pm.

They were still at the scene at 4.24pm.
