Campaigns urging voters to stay or leave the European Union must remain free from spin, rhetoric and misdirection, says the chamber of commerce for Nottinghamshire.The East Midlands Chamber, a politically-neutral body that won't be involved in campaigning, will play a key role in briefing businesses ahead of the EU referendum on June 23.It will hold a series of events, seminars and hustings over the next four months as Britain prepares to vote on whether to leave or remain in a reformed EU.David
